Most insurances prefer a patient to have a history of trying compression stockings for at least 6 to 12 weeks. We will discuss all of these details with you on your visit. Each new patient will be able to discuss the terms of their specific policy. Many insurance policies now dictate the order in which vein procedures can be performed.
